Sunday, 17th August - Live animals, lunch, and nest boxes
Join us on the 17th at 11am at Laharum Hall to meet the crew of Fair Dinkum Fauna and their furry, scaly friends. See and learn about sugar gliders, lizards, snakes and other species from our local area. Great for all ages!
Stay for free lunch at the Hall followed by a workshop to assemble nest boxes.
Date: Sunday, 17th August
Time: 11am Fair Dinkum Fauna, approx. 12pm lunch, approx 1:30pm nest box workshop
Where: Start at Laharum Hall for animals and lunch. Bruce McInnes' for nest box workshop.

Saturday afternoon in late August/September - Birding walk and talk
The date is to-be-determined but we'll soon welcome Jonathan Starks to lead a birding walk and talk on a property in the Laharum/Wartook area. Bring your binoculars and birding ear! We'll focus on bird species that use tree hollows but talk about any that we come across.
Date: TBC (decision coming soon)
Time: 12pm
Where: Meet at Laharum Hall for initial discussion, then drive to local property.
